White Tantra Is Not About Doing—It’s About Being

We’ve been taught to chase love, perform in bed, and prove our worth through action. But White Tantra calls us into something radically different: stillness.
Have you ever tried being totally conscious while eating, especially with a perfectly paired wine? Similar results, conscious eating is like conscious sex. You are in complete stillness, feeling, tasting, touching, listening, experiencing your body’s response to all your senses. It will naturally respond in a flow of sensuality, balance, and ecstasy.
I was the owner of the Panache Wine Bar. I hosted many Soirees where I would invite a well-known chef to duel with my chef. This would include perfectly paired wine by a well-known international wine judge (my husband), He could pair the wines to all seven courses perfectly. With each course they would speak to the food and wine with passion,
The process was intended to educate on how to pair, but it did more than that. It taught our guests how to be totally present and aware of what they were eating and drinking. The non-drinking guest would be served an apple cider from France with the same reaction. The most interesting and humorous reaction often came from women after experiencing the pairing was. . . . . this is orgasmic!
After that experience, you often want fine dining every night, same with conscious sex.
Once you truly experience total presence, nothing can distract you from the sensations that rise up and bring you to that present moment. Practicing total presence with or without your partner will bring you into balance of the Masculine/Feminine.

Most people enter intimacy trying to do something—to impress, to please, to succeed. But in White Tantra, the real work is non-doing. It’s about being present with what’s actually here.
It’s not about doing. It’s about being.
Not about talking. About feeling.
Not about achieving. About surrendering.
This doesn’t mean becoming passive. It means becoming available. When you stop trying to control the moment, you open yourself to actually experience it.
That’s when the magic happens.
You stop searching for a peak and begin to feel the pulse of energy that’s already flowing. Pleasure becomes more than physical. Intimacy becomes more than a goal. It becomes a presence you offer and receive.
This shift also creates the conditions for deep healing. When presence replaces performance, there’s space for the nervous system to relax. Traumas surface—not as obstacles—but as opportunities for integration. You’re no longer trying to get past your pain. You’re willing to meet it. And that’s when it begins to move. This is where the magic begins.
This is what makes White Tantra so powerful. It doesn’t ask you to become someone new. It invites you to be fully with who you are—now. With your breath. Your body. Your truth.
The more present you become, the more naturally energy flows. You don’t need to chase a high to feel whole. You begin to realize—you already are, energy follows awareness. It is worth the effort even though it takes practice, the experience speaks for itself.
If you’re curious how presence can reshape your relationship with intimacy, energy, or your own body, explore our offerings or schedule a discovery call with Shauna. This isn’t about adding more. It’s about remembering what’s already within you.
Much love and Compassion

Family constellations kept my marriage together when it was about to fall apart. After 2013 something shifted and I began to sort through my past with memories and feelings surfacing that I had ignored and buried for many years. I became aware of ancestral trauma and emotional patterns that were suddenly tearing on all of my relationships. During the constellations these issues, events, and emotions were shown, sorted out, and healed. And there was a lot. From events of war and holocaust to leaving my home country, I was able to heal and clear the impact and because of it feel light and free.
