Are you aware the Earth has shifted from Third Density to Fourth? What does that mean?
We are going through a massive shift in the Earth’s energy field? Would you like to end your attachment to suffering, eliminate fear of losing your family, your home, your health, or wealth? With covid were you in a constant fear of death? How are you sleeping lately?
Humanity is passing through a time of change, we are all experiencing extreme challenges. You may even feel like you are going to be left behind. Would you rather replace all that with a newfound sense of purpose, joy, and being in service to a greater cause? Is it possible to find yourself in a never-ending life of bliss with all this change happening?
Rather the Earth has or has not shifted into the fourth density, something powerful is happening! Deep down many of us feel excitement and maybe even trepidation!
The fourth density is the vibration of the heart chakra which is unconditional love. Yes there is a lot of hate and greed out and about. Yet many people are softening, change is coming.
Do you like change or does it scare you?
What if this time of change we are experiencing could give you access to unconditional love in your life? That would be awesome right?
Not so much if we have our own private stash of unconscious ancestral baggage that you know nothing about. Or trauma that you have not wanted to deal with! Or if you have resentments you have kept hidden rather than express them. Or maybe you have a hidden anger or rage!
That is what I had and it was very dark when I finally had the awareness, because I spent a lifetime hiding from it.
Are you a light-chaser? I personally had a very dark shadow hidden in my field passed onto me from abuse as an infant. I spent a lifetime seeking the light while unconsciously hiding from my darkness. It was literally running my life, because that is what shadow does if it is hiding from you. I had no idea it was there.
If talking about darkness or shadow bothers you, this change is going to freak you out. This is a time for facing our demons to feel safe, being in service to community rather than self, Closing the gap of separation within and without.
You are an expression of Creator, It does not matter where you are at in life, this community is a place where YOU get to belong. We accept you wherever your at, whatever you believe or do not believe, if you are a free Spirit seeking to be self-expressed, heard, and seen by others.
If you have been taught that you will not enter God’s presence unless you belong to one specific organization that has rules and regulations required by man, we understand the pain of separation that brings into your life. We govern ourselves, we hold ourselves accountable to our word and actions. We practice unity over separation. It evolves around frequency rather than judgments. Love over osterization.
How else can we prepare ourselves for the changes coming? We first get to surround ourselves with people that are in the mindset of solutions for evolution. People in service to others.
If the group you’re hanging with is stuck in fighting to be right, taking sides between good and bad, or they’re always speaking through filters of fear, blame, and shame, take the high road! Love them for where they’re at, yet find people that vibe where you are in your evolution. Rather than try fixing them, they will follow you if you rise above the noise.
It is not your job to carry dead weight. Use your energy to live your purpose, AND join a community that finds solutions rather than finding fault with your dreams!.
It is for this very reason Journey into the Heart has heavily invested into the capacity to host a Conscious Community on our website.

Our Conscious Community is here to support you in having the freedom to express, experience, integrate, and transcend all the lies of separation we have been fed to shame, blame, and guilt us into avoiding our light and resisting bringing our shadow to the light,
Everyone is seeking light, but we can only truly experience enlightenment when we confront the darkness within us. What stops us from facing our own fear is the traditional judgment we have on darkness, so we resist it and push it away. What we resist persists, giving shadow our power.
We are taught we are separate from God therefore separate from ourselves. We feel powerless with life coming at us. We can flip the switch of the unconscious to conscious. Awareness gives us freedom, opens the heart to greater love, greater experiences, and greater expressions of self.
When you participate in constellations you discover how much you pack around in your energy field that feeds the emotions of the unconscious mind and that in turn, runs your life. We all carry unspoken ancestral history in our energy field.
