2025: From Control to Regulation — A Year My Body Finally Led

Creating From Integration, Not Survival

I began the year by creating and beta testing my Relationship Alchemy course with 5 couples. For this, I wasn’t teaching from theory or aspiration, but from deeply embodied experiences.
 
I learned so much and loved changing couples relationships from Codependency to sovereignty. 
 

Oaxaca, Here I Come!

Finally a reading with my guides confirmed the intensity of the cleansing.

After experiencing conflicts and misunderstandings with loved ones, I recognized through my shadow work that external issues stem from within. I stopped focusing on healing others to dedicate myself to self-work. This deep dive included therapy, constellations, emotional code sessions, a parasite and liver cleanse, and several deep inner journeys. Finally, a reading with my guides confirmed the intensity of the cleansing and advised a vacation to a happy, sunny place to escape the ‘fumigation’ of my current surroundings. So I flew to Oaxaca for rest and yet another amazing healing session at a healing center named Tierra Sagrada. 

Spain, the Body’s Wisdom, and the True Lesson of Madrid

 Mid-year, I traveled to Spain to attend a tantra festival with a clear intention: to complete a long inner journey of healing my Animus masculine, specifically the final stage—merging the King and Queen within.
 
What unfolded afterward was not graceful or romantic.
 
I found myself unexpectedly stuck in Madrid for three days, physically compromised when my left knee became painfully inflamed. Plans unraveled. Control was impossible. And every instinct in me wanted to push through, override, and manage my way out of the situation.
 
Instead, I was forced into stillness.
 
That experience became the real initiation.
 
I saw clearly how panic activates old masculine strategies of control—and how my body, especially my knee, was asking me to stop. Not to fix. Not to fight. But to listen.
 
This was the completion.
 
The King did not conquer.
The Queen did not collapse.
They merged through presence.
 

Returning Home: Feminine Restoration

After returning to the United States, to my home in St. George, Utah, I finally allowed my body to lead. Night after night, I returned to my candlelit bath rituals—warm water, quiet music, breath, and listening.
 
As I stopped controlling and started receiving, my knee softened.
My system calmed.
And a deep feminine restoration began.
 
That was when I knew: the healing wasn’t about doing more—it was about trusting the wisdom already moving through me. 
 
The result was so life changing for me I decided to create a course around it for women and for men. 
 
The process felt grounded and clear.
No rushing.
No proving.
Just truth.
 
I could feel that something fundamental had shifted: I was creating from integration, not from survival energy.

Family, Safety, and Being Held

I didn’t get the memo to wear my Christmas PJ s
 
The year closed with Thanksgiving and Christmas spent with my family in Salt Lake City. After all the inner work of the year, I noticed something new: ease.
 
And then something quietly extraordinary happened.
 

My family bought me a Tesla—simply because they wanted me safe on the road.

No drama.
No conditions.
Just care.
 
For someone who learned safety late in life, this was not just a gift—it was a profound somatic acknowledgment that I am no longer carrying everything alone.
 

What 2025 Taught Me

2025 taught me that:
 
Regulation is more powerful than control
 
The feminine heals when she is listened to
 
The masculine matures when he stops overriding the body
 
And true balance is not achieved through effort, but through presence
 
I leave this year slower, wiser, and deeply at home in my body.
 
Not chasing transformation.
Living it.

I am writing to let you know that it looks like the court matter involving my oldest son will be resolved in the best case scenario thanks to the constellation that you did for us. As you know my son had been charged with a very serious crime of which he was innocent. For over a year we have been living in this twilight zone hell waiting to see what the DA’s office was going to do. When they actually ended up charging him it just made the nightmare worse. After talking to you Shauna, I decided to come to the constellation and you and everyone else were so welcoming and it was an amazing experience. The big thing to remember from the constellation for me was how the “judge” was upset about the decisions he was always having to make and that is exactly what showed up. In this case he is finally going to make the right decision and dismiss the case.
